Komatsu PC200-7 Error Code on the Monitor

Komatsu PC200-7 Error Code on the Monitor

We believe that all the drivers will encounter the failure of the excavator. For these problems, the monitor of the excavator will display some error codes. If you don't understand the meaning of these error codes, we can only rely on maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and detect the cause of the failure.

However, a technician cannot follow us all the time on the construction site, and he/she may not be able to find the cause of the fault completely, so it is important to understand the meaning of the error code.

This article will introduce the main error codes of the Komatsu PC200-7 excavator. Some of the error codes are also applicable to other Komatsu PC-7 excavators and even Komatsu PC-6 excavators. Details are as follows:

User code (automatically displayed  when there is a fault):

E01, Automatic mode system in HYPER system.

E02, PC-EPC system.

E03, Rotary parking brake system.

E04+CALL, Joystick median system in HYPER system.

E05, Governor motor system.

E06+CALL, EPC solenoid valve drive system in HYPER system.

E09, The HYPER-GX system shutdown.

CALL, HYPER joystick and EPC solenoid valve drive system.

Service code (need to switch operation):

E101. The fault history is abnormal.

E102, The clock data is abnormal.

E103, Buzzer output short circuit, buzzer drive harness and 24V power line contact.

I have a PC200-7 that is giving me a code E02. I have checked wiring and have not found any problems. Can you give me any other ideas on what to check. Emergency pump switch is off also.
Also is there a reset on the monitor. Will it clear itself if problem is fixed?
