As an excavator driver, it is inevitable to encounter an excavator running fault. Many errors are small, which will prompt for some error codes on the display. As long as we understand the meaning of these error codes, we can easily resolve these faults ourselves. Compared to looking for a maintenance master to help us check, we understand the code has been greatly shortened our time and economic costs.

Therefore, understanding the meaning of the error code plays a very important role in solving the problem of malfunction in the operation or maintenance of the excavator. In this article we will introduce the following models from SK-6E, SK200-2 / -3, SK200-6, SK210-8, SK330-6E, as follows:

  B-1       Abnormal arm rise pressure sensor

  B-2       Abnormal arm pressure sensor abnormal

  B-3       Arm retracting pressure sensor abnormal

  B-4       Abnormal arm extension pressure sensor

  B-5        Bucket retraction pressure sensor abnormal

  B-6        Bucket extension pressure sensor is abnormal

  B-7        Swing pressure sensor is abnormal

  B-9        Right travel pressure sensor is abnormal

  B-10     Left travel pressure sensor is abnormal

  C-1       P1 oil pump pressure sensor is abnormal

  C-2       P2 oil pump pressure sensor is abnormal

  D-1       P1 Neutral cut-off proportional valve is abnormal

  D-3       Straight running proportional valve abnormal

  D-4       Abnormal confluence proportional valve (only -2 models)

  D-5       Slow rotary proportional valve abnormal (only -2 models)

       1-1        The instrument communicates abnormally with the electromechanical controller

    1-2        Battery relay abnormal

  A-1       No electromechanical A adjustment

  A-2       Electromechanical A poorly adjusted

  B-1       Abnormal pressure sensor on the boom

  B-2       Abnormal arm pressure sensor abnormal

  B-3       Arm retracting pressure sensor abnormal

  B-4       Abnormal arm extension pressure sensor

  B-5       Bucket retraction pressure sensor abnormal

  B-6       Bucket extension pressure sensor is abnormal

  B-7       Right swing pressure sensor is abnormal

  B-8       Left rotation pressure sensor is abnormal

  B-9       Right travel pressure sensor is abnormal

  B-10     Left travel pressure sensor is abnormal

  B-11     P1 negative pressure sensor is abnormal

  B-12     P2 negative pressure sensor is abnormal

  P0540    Preheater failure (open circuit / CND short circuit)

  P0540    Preheater failure (+B short circuit)

  P0617    Start switch circuit failure

  P0686    Main relay circuit failure

  P0629    Fuel supply solenoid valve circuit failure (+B short circuit), engine cannot start / engine stop

  P0628    Fuel pump solenoid valve circuit failure (full output mode), output drop

  P2635    Fuel pump abnormal pressure history

  P2635    Fuel pump solenoid stuck

  P0088    Common rail pressure abnormality, output drop

  P1601    Injector multi-point correction abnormality, output drop

  P0201    Injector 1 solenoid valve circuit open, output down / broken cylinder operation (1 time)

  P0202    Injector 2 solenoid valve circuit open, output down / broken cylinder operation (2 times)

  P0203   Injector 3 solenoid valve circuit open, output down / broken cylinder operation (3 times)

  P0204   Injector 4 solenoid valve circuit open, output down / broken cylinder operation (4 times)

  P0263   Cylinder correction fault 1

  P0266   Cylinder correction fault 2

  P0269   Cylinder correction fault 3

  P0272   Cylinder correction fault 4

  P0489   EGR valve linear solenoid valve 1 fault (open circuit / GND short circuit), output drop

  P0490   EGR valve linear solenoid valve 1 fault (VB short circuit), output drop

  P0404   EGR valve stuck 1, output decreased

  P0405   EGR valve safety sensor 1 fault (LO)

  P0406   Valve Safety Sensor 1 Fault (HI)

  P0234   Turbo is too large and output is falling

  P0217   Engine overheating, output drop

  P0219   Engine coast communication: U1001, CAN communication interruption (vehicle)

  P0611   ECU charging circuit failure (LO), output drop

  P0200   Defective ECU charging circuit (HI)

  P0605   ROM exception

  P0606   CPU failure, engine cannot start engine stop

  P0607   CPU monitoring IC is abnormal, output is degraded

  A225     ROM adjustment data is written abnormally

  A235     ROM timer data write data is abnormal

  A245     ROM timing data is written abnormally
